Wensleydale is made using pasteurized cow’s milk and is aged for six months. The addition of the sweet cranberries works beautifully with the Wensleydale’s fresh acidity and crumbly texture, making for a unique flavor experience.
Kilchurn Estate® Stilton- This classic Stilton is made using pasteurized cow’s milk and aged for eight months. It is certified P.D.O., which guarantees its origin and the use of pasteurized local milk. The result is a creamy, ivory cheese with a unique texture and flavor; lighter than Gorgonzola picante, but richer than most blue cheeses on the market today.
Kilchurn Estate® Krystal Pure Cave Aged Cheddar Cheese- This very unique cheese has been aged for 15 months in century old caves in Southern England. Nicknamed the “block of gold,” it has distinctively sweet flavor, with noticeable natural calcium crystals, a sign of optimum maturity.
